Carlyle, MS, CSCS has
been providing fitness
training and health
education services for
about 20 years.
Doug follows a
straight forward,
honest approach to
health and
fitness. He
strives to know each
person's goals, and
provides them with the
tools they need to
succeed in whatever
environment they
choose. Always
the motivator, Doug
helps his clients make
small lifestyle
changes that make a
big difference in
their quality of
life. He has
experience training
people that vary in
age, ability and
experience. He
has worked with people
from 5-97 years old;
athletes to
individuals with
multiple medical
conditions.
Doug
has been involved in
sports all of his life
as a competitive
athlete, recreational
participant and a
coach. He
received All-State
Honors in both
football and wrestling
while in high
school. He has
competed in many 5k,
10k, half-marathon and
marathon runs.
Education
- Doug received
a Master of Science
degree in Adult
Fitness/Cardiac
Rehabilitation from
the University of
Wisconsin-LaCrosse.
He is certified by the
National Strength and
Conditioning
Association as a
Certified Strength and
Conditioning
Specialist.
Doug co-authored
the book The Power of
Champions. He
has been a guest on
Dave Depew's radio
show, The Dave Depew
Fitness and Nutrition

Amber Carlyle has a

lives of her clients.
