        Doug Carlyle, MS, CSCS
        has been providing personal training and health education services for over 20 years in a large corporation, several cardiac rehabilitation programs and as a personal trainer.  Doug follows a straight forward, honest approach to health and fitness.  He strives to know each person's goals, and provides them with the tools they need to succeed in whatever environment they choose.  Always the motivator, Doug helps his clients make small lifestyle changes that make a big difference in their quality of life.  He has experience training people of various ages and abilities.  He has worked with people from 10-97 years old; athletes to individuals with multiple medical conditions.

        Doug was a contributing author of the book The Power of Champions.  He has been a guest on Dave Depew's radio show, The Dave Depew Fitness and Nutrition Hour.  He has a been a presenter at several health expos.

        Education
             Master of Science degree in Adult Fitness/Cardiac Rehabilitation -
             University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse.

        Certifications 
             Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). 
             American Red Cross CPR, First Aid and AED

        Amber Carlyle
         is certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a Personal Trainer, and as a Lifestyle and Weight Management Coach.  These complementary certifications reflect Amber's "whole package" approach to health and fitness.  For maximum health results, each of us must engage in consistent, correct exercise, and practice good nutrition as well as portion control.  Remove any one of those components, and you have only part of the health and fitness equation.
